Barbara is an expert nutritionist who exceeds customer expectations through her consultations, advice, products and service. Barbara founded Nutrichef in 2004 and ran it for 12 years. In 2008 she won the UK Entrepreneur of the Year award, and in 2015 she won the Venus Lifetime Achievement Award. She is a true inspiration and shares some nuggets of advice in this interview.

Emily started Create Gift Love in 2012 with her husband Tony. They are now in the exclusive best seller’s list on Not on the High Street with orders being placed from as far afield as Australia. As a trained pharmacist, Emily started Create Gift Love by chance when demand for her handmade cufflinks began to soar. Outgrowing the shed in the back garden pretty quickly, they now produce over 300 individual products for all occasions. Emily talks openly about scaling the business whilst raising two young children.
